What is the standard shipping time for furniture and home decor?
Most items are delivered within 5-10 business days. Custom-made furniture or larger pieces may take up to 21 business days depending on your location and stock availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, KUALA ships exclusively within Israel. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home products?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that assembled furniture or customized products are not eligible for return.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture items come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Decorative accessories are excluded unless received damaged.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and local digital wallets like Bit or Apple Pay for a secure checkout process.
Can I track my order status?
